How to Make Payment
A work order containing the payment amount, terms, and method will be sent on receipt of submission. Editing: Payment is due before we start editing your manuscript. Writing: Payment is due within 10 days after completion of the writing assignment. Please notify us in advance of any special requests regarding invoice format, addressee or content.
Payment is due as per the terms and conditions of the partnership (e.g., monthly invoice, group billing). An invoice containing the payment amount, terms, and method will be sent as per the agreed payment cycle.
You can also pay via Bank transfer to our UK or India accounts. Please input your job code as the payment reference. If your editing fee is less than USD 500, please add USD 20 to the invoiced amount to cover the cost of international bank transfers.
Please note for clients choosing to pay via bank transfer, editing will start on receipt of the transaction ID.
